CANCELLATION POLICY

Dear Client,

To help us run appointments fairly and on time for all clients, please read our booking policy below.

Rescheduling & cancellations

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the treatment cost.

Missed appointments (no-shows)

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost. Repeated no-shows may also lead to removal of a session from a course of treatments.

Deposit requirement

Accounts with repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings. This deposit will be deducted from the treatment cost.

Late arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. A late arrival fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost may apply. This ensures we do not delay other clients.

Courses of treatments

If appointments in a treatment course are repeatedly cancelled or rescheduled with insufficient notice, we reserve the right to deduct a session from the course.

IPL and laser hair removal

Skin must be free from an active tan before treatment. If treatment cannot proceed due to tanning, the session will be charged in full or deducted from your course. This will be explained during consultation.

Emergency cancellations

We allow one emergency cancellation per client at the therapist’s discretion. Additional emergency cancellations will be treated under the standard policy.
